Jason grew up in an Italian-American kitchen. Anshula, British Indian, grew up imbibing Lucknow’s culinary traditions – India’s UNESCO city of gastronomy. When they married, so did their family recipes. His twenty years of kitchen expertise combined with her WSET credentials became “The Gullyhound”, a bold fusion of Awadhi spices and American grill smoke.
Built on one belief: good food cannot be rushed. Every sauce, chutney, and spice blend is made by hand. Food done right.
